The crucial date for determining age limit, work experience, and other eligibility criteria shall be the date of Walk-in-Interview for the concerned department. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Central Government rules in force. Candidates who have completed 3 years tenure as Senior Resident in any Government Institution need not apply. Senior Resident already working in any Government Institution can apply only after obtaining NOC from the respective institute. The total period, however, should not exceed the maximum period of three years. | Age Limit (as on the date of Interview) | Broad Specialties (Clinical and Non-Clinical - General) Upper age limit: 45 years Anatomy, Biochemistry, Physiology (Non-Clinical) Upper age limit: 50 years | Educational Qualification | Sl. No. Post Educational Qualification 1 Senior Resident under Residency Scheme (Clinical / Non-Clinical departments) Medical PG Degree (MD/MS/DNB) in concerned specialty from MCI/NMC recognized Medical Institution/Hospital. OR Postgraduate medical degree in Master of Science with Doctor of Philosophy in the subjects of Medical Anatomy, Medical Biochemistry, or Medical Physiology. Candidates must be registered under MCI/NMC/State Medical Council. Candidates on bond are not eligible. Candidates who have completed compulsory post-PG Bond Service must provide Bond Clearance Certificate from Appointing Authority. 2 Senior Resident under Residency Scheme - Dental Department Post-Graduate Degree (MDS) in a dental specialty. Registered with Dental Council of India (DCI) / State Dental Council. 3 Senior Resident under Residency Scheme - Super Specialties DM/MCh/DNB in the concerned subject. OR MD/MS/DNB qualified graduates in the concerned broad specialty. Note: Offer of engagement for Super Specialty Senior Residents will be subject to successful engagement of teaching faculty in the same Super Specialties.
