Age must be less than 69 years as on the date of interview. | Senior Resident: PG Degree or Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university (non-PG candidates need 2 years of experience in the concerned department). Age must not exceed 45 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per rules. | Super Specialist (Cardiology): Post-graduate qualification in the concerned specialty along with a DM/M.Ch in the concerned super specialty, and registration with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council. Age must not exceed 69 years. | Senior Resident (against GDMO): PG Degree/Diploma or MBBS Degree from a recognized university with at least 2 years of working experience in the same discipline. Age must not exceed 45 years, with relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per rules.

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) is conducting a walk-in interview at ESIC Model Hospital, Katha, Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh to fill contractual posts of Specialist, Super Specialist (Cardiology), and Senior Resident. The interview is scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, 3rd floor, ESIC Hospital, Katha, Baddi. This is Advertisement No. 06/2026, and no separate application submission is required - eligible candidates can walk in directly with their documents.

Specialist and Senior Resident posts: Emoluments are on a "no work no pay" basis, as per Central Government rules adopted by ESIC. Super Specialist (Cardiology): Remuneration is on a consolidated basis, as per ESIC Headquarters letters F.No Z-17/11/1/2007/Med IV dated 13.04.2022 and U-13/14/38/2020-MedI(ESIC/SC) dated 02.02.2021.
