The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), commonly known as ESIC, through the Dean of ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Namkum, Ranchi, has released Advertisement No. 05 of 2026 (No. A/Reservationrosterand​Advertisement/2025-ADMIN, dated 4 August 2026) inviting applications for 85 posts of Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Senior Resident across 25 departments, on a contractual basis. Applications must reach the office by 9 August 2026, with the tentative interview scheduled for the third week of August 2026.

Educational Qualification Educational qualifications are as per National Medical Commission (NMC, erstwhile MCI) guidelines dated 30 June 2025. Candidates must hold MBBS along with the relevant postgraduate/super-specialty qualification (MD/MS/DNB or equivalent) and an updated State/NMC Medical Registration for the post and department applied for. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates must submit the OBC (NCL) Certificate as per Annexure-I of DoPT Office Memorandum No. 36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.), dated 30 May 2014, and subsequent amendments.

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration as per ESIC Medical Administration HQRS Office Memorandum No. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt. File) dated 13 April 2022, and Z-11012/51/2022-Med VI dated 8 December 2022. No service benefits such as PF, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Seniority, Promotion, or TA/DA for conferences are admissible under this contractual engagement.
