Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Resident and More Notification 2026 has been released on 22 September 2026 on the official website www.esic.gov.in. Multiple vacancies have been announced through the ESIC Alwar Recruitment 2026 for Teaching Faculty, Senior Residents, Adjunct Faculty and Super Specialist positions.

Post Educational Qualification Teaching Faculty As per NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 dated 05.07.2025 (Gazette of India vide F.No. N-P051(12)/18/2024-PGMEB-NM dated 30.06.2025) Super Specialist Faculty (case-to-case empanelment) As per NMC Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 dated 05.07.2025 (same gazette notification as above) Senior Residents PG degree in Doctor of Medicine (MD), MDS or Master of Surgery (MS), or Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Adjunct Faculty Postgraduate degree as prescribed, or a recognized equivalent qualification in the respective subject. Experience required: Senior Adjunct Faculty – 8 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG degree; Junior Adjunct Faculty – 6 years of work experience in the concerned specialty after obtaining the PG degree. It is obligatory for candidates to fulfil the NMC/NBE statutory requirements.

Pay is governed by ESIC Hqrs. Office Memorandum No. Z-17/11/1/2007/Med.IV (Pt. File) dated 13.04.2022, Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022, and Letter No. A-11/11/42016-Med.VI dated 27.06.2018, as applicable from time to time as per ESIC policy. Terms of Contract Engagement of contractual faculty on consolidated remuneration is initially for a period of one year, or joining of a regular incumbent, whichever is earlier. The contract is terminable on one month's notice, or on joining of regular faculty, or on attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier. The tenure for Senior Residents is initially for 1 (one) year, extendable every year up to three years, depending on satisfactory performance and conduct, as per the ESIC Residency Scheme. The contractual engagement may be terminated/discontinued by either side, giving one month's prior notice, without assigning any reason.
