Applications are invited from officers/officials of Central Government / State Government / Courts / Tribunals who fulfill the eligibility conditions specified for each post. Officers in the feeder grade who are in direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for deputation. Similarly, a deputationist in DRAT/DRTs under the jurisdiction of DRAT Mumbai shall not be eligible for consideration for absorption or promotion. | Post Eligibility Section Officer (Group B) — Level-7 (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (ii) With 5 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work. Private Secretary (Group B) — Level-7 (iv) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (v) With 5 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Stenographer Grade-I in Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs. 35,400–1,12,400) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. Desirable: Experience in legal or judicial work. Assistant (Group B) — Level-6 (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (ii) With 10 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500–81,100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. Accounts Assistant (Group B) — Level-6 Officers under the Central Government — (a)(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (ii) With 10 years' regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500–81,100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; AND (b) Who have undergone training in cash and accounts work in Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent Institute of Central Government. Stenographer Grade-I (Group B) — Level-6 (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (ii) With 10 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 4 in the pay matrix (Rs. 25,500–81,100) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department. Upper Division Clerk / UDC (Group C) — Level-4 (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR (ii) Lower Division Clerk with 8 years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in Level 2 in the pay matrix (Rs. 19,900–63,200) or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.
