Candidates must have passed out the requisite qualifying examination in the year 2023 or later before selection. Qualification must be on a Full Time Regular basis from a Recognized University/Institution completed in year 2023 or later with First Division. Candidates having a qualifying GATE/NET score of 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 will be preferred. Candidates who have served as Trainees earlier with DPCC are not eligible to be re-engaged. | Educational Qualification | Trainee Type Qualifying Examination Disciplines Technical Trainee Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with First Division on Full Time Regular basis from a Recognized University/Institution completed in year 2023 or later Civil / Environmental / Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / ECE / Biomedical Engineering / Water Resources / Remote Sensing / GIS / Hydrology or Equivalent Qualification(s) Scientific Trainee Master's Degree in Science (M.Sc.) with First Division on Full Time Regular basis from a Recognized University/Institution completed in year 2023 or later Biochemistry / Microbiology / Life Science / Chemistry / Environmental Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry / Toxicology or equivalent qualification(s) | Preference: Candidates having qualifying score of GATE/NET 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 will be preferred.
