Selected candidates will be paid Rs. 200 per teaching period (per ghanti), with a maximum of 4 periods per working day and 5 working days per week. No other allowance is admissible, and payment is based on daily teaching attendance.

1. Selection will be made purely on a temporary basis by a district-level committee based on merit (मेधाक्रम) among PG/Graduate/B.Ed or teacher-training degree holders.
2. Preference will be given to candidates of the respective block, local language speakers, and local candidates of the area where the residential school is located.
3. If eligible candidates are not available at the block level, eligible candidates available at the district level will be selected.
4. All selections will follow the Jharkhand government's district reservation roster provisions applicable to direct recruitment for district-level posts.
