Qualification
For Development Assistant (DA): Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex-Servicemen) and basic knowledge of computer applications. For Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor's Degree with Hindi & English as compulsory/elective subjects OR Degree with Hindi/English as main subjects, with a minimum of 50% marks (relaxation for reserved categories), ability to translate English ↔ Hindi, and basic knowledge of computer applications.

Eligibility
For Development Assistant: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen candidates) from a recognized University/Institution. Knowledge of word processing on PC. Proficiency in the official language of the state applied for. For Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subject with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates) OR Bachelor's Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates). Must be able to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa. Knowledge of word processing on PC.
