Educational Qualification & Apprenticeship: Graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering + Apprenticeship in manufacturing/handling of ammunition and explosives (Ordnance Factory preferred). OR B.Sc. Graduate with Chemistry as one of the major subjects + Apprenticeship in manufacturing/handling of ammunition and explosives. OR Graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering + Apprenticeship in Chemical (other than ammunition/explosives). | Graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering + Apprenticeship in manufacturing/handling of ammunition and explosives (Ordnance Factory preferred). | OR B.Sc. Graduate with Chemistry as one of the major subjects + Apprenticeship in manufacturing/handling of ammunition and explosives. | OR Graduate (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering + Apprenticeship in Chemical (other than ammunition/explosives). | Age Limit: Maximum 30 years for General candidates as on the last date of receipt of application. Selected candidates will be engaged on contract basis with the following consolidated remuneration: 1st year: Rs. 36,000/- 2nd year: Rs. 37,080/- 3rd year: Rs. 38,192/- 4th year: Rs. 39,338/- IDA as prevalent, House Rent Allowance (if Company Quarter not provided), EPF, Employees Compensation and Bonus (if applicable) as per rules.
