A total of 7 vacancies have been announced through the C-MET Recruitment 2026.

PhD in Engineering or Sciences, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/RF Microwave Engineering/Communication, Master's degree in Physics/Electronics, Bachelor's degree in science / 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology

35-40 years for RA, 28-30 years for JRF/Project Associate, 28 years for Project Assistant Research Associate (RA): 35-40 years Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate: 28-30 years Project Assistant: 28 years Age relaxation shall be provided as per Govt. of India rules. However, there is no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates for the Unreserved (UR) position.
