CMD Kerala Green Marshal Recruitment 2026 Notification Out - Apply Online for 162 Posts

The Directorate of Tourism, Government of Kerala, through the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram, has released the Green Marshal Recruitment 2026 notification (No. CMD/DoT/01/2026, dated 05 September 2026). The recruitment is for 162 vacancies of Green Marshal, to be engaged on a daily wage basis for a period of one year and deployed at various tourist destinations across Kerala.

SSLC Pass

₹810 per day

1. Shortlisting is done district-wise based on the percentage of marks obtained in the SSLC/equivalent qualifying examination, subject to eligibility and document verification. Percentage is calculated as Marks Obtained ÷ Maximum Marks × 100, system-calculated from the marks entered and verified against original documents.
2. Final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in an interview/proficiency assessment conducted by the Directorate of Tourism.
3. Where two or more candidates have the same SSLC percentage, preference is given to local residents of the district, subject to production and verification of valid residence proof.
4. Where SSLC percentages are equal and local preference does not resolve the tie, the older candidate (based on date of birth) ranks higher.
