The Central Silk Board (CSB), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, has released Advertisement No. CSB/YP/03/2026 dated 8 September 2026, inviting applications for 14 Young Professional-Grade-3 posts on a purely contractual basis at its Central Office in Bengaluru and its Institutes/Units across India. This CSB Young Professional Recruitment 2026 is open to Chartered Accountants and MBA/M.Com holders with relevant government-sector accounting experience.

Selected Young Professionals will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹70,000/-, inclusive of all applicable taxes; no other facility will be provided. Remuneration may be enhanced annually based on performance: Performance Level Enhancement in Remuneration Performed only routine/assigned work Nil Made sufficient contribution with quality input Up to 5% of remuneration Demonstrated exemplary/outstanding performance Up to 10% of remuneration In no case shall the remuneration of any Young Professional exceed 1.35 times the initial remuneration. While on tour, TA/DA will be admissible as per Level-8 employees.
