Prescribed educational qualifications and experience are the minimum qualifying criteria - mere possession does not entitle candidates for interview. | Position Educational Qualification Field of Experience Officer Grade I to IV (QA/QC – Mechanical / Production / Civil / Electrical & Instrumentation) Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Civil / Electrical discipline with minimum 50% marks Relevant experience in Third Party Inspection / Certification of Offshore, Refineries, Cross Country Pipelines, fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, mechanical bulk items, electrical & instrumentation equipment, CP System, civil infrastructure and railways projects. Additional: For Mechanical/Production – ASNT Level-II in NDT Methods (UT, RT, MPT, PT) is mandatory; ASNT Level-III / CSWIP 3.1 / PAUT preferred. For E&I – NACE Level-I / Level-II preferred. Officer Grade-II [Mech – Offshore (Deep Sea)] Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production 6 years for Degree / 12 years for Diploma. Awareness of international codes and standards (ASTM, NACE, AWS, ASNT, BS, API 5L, API 17J, ISO, DNV, etc.). Experience of inspecting fabrication and installation of piping, piping components as per API, ASTM, ASME, BS, NACE codes. Experience in AUT (Automated UT). Officer Grade-II [E&I – Offshore (Deep Sea)] BE / Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation Minimum 6 years for Degree / 12 years for Diploma. Awareness of international codes (API, NEMA, NEC, IEC, IEEE, BIS, BS, ASTM, ISO, OSHA, etc.). Experience in Umbilicals, FAT and SAT of instruments, DCS, SCADA, PLC's, HIPPS, Telecommunication systems, etc. Officer Grade-III (Safety Officer) Engineering Graduate in any branch with minimum 50% marks AND Degree / Diploma in Industrial Safety Relevant experience in Safety field; process safety experience preferred for deployment in process facilities. Officer Grade-II (Marketing & Business Development) Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Civil / IT / CS / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation with minimum 50% marks Relevant experience with responsibility of sales, marketing and tendering / bidding activities in Consultancy and / or EPC business. Officer Grade-II (Contract & Purchase / SCM) Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Civil / IT / CS / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation with minimum 50% marks Relevant experience in managing and uploading / data entry of documents in EDMS/EPS systems, GeM Portal, CPP Portal, file maintenance, managing appointments and meetings, liaison for meetings/conferences, and other office related tasks. Officer Grade-II (Office Management) Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Civil / IT / CS / Electrical / Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation with minimum 50% marks Relevant experience with good communication skills (written and oral), Computer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), hands-on experience of secretarial works to MD / Director / Owner / Higher official, preparation of presentations. Should have experience in managing the CEO's calendar end-to-end and planning domestic and international travel itineraries as per PSU norms. HR Associate Grade-II Graduate in any discipline with Diploma in Personnel Management with minimum 50% marks Minimum 5 years' experience in handling various aspects of Personnel / Administrative functions.
