Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University (BKNMU) Librarian, Internal Audit Officer, Assistant Engineer, Assistant Civil Engineer, Lab Assistant, Assistant Registrar and Store Keeper Notification 2026 has been released on 25 September 2026 on the official website www.bknmu.edu.in. A total of 11 vacancies have been announced through the BKNMU Recruitment 2026, including posts under Advertisement Nos. BKNMU/8/2026, BKNMU/9/2026 and BKNMU/10/2026.

Master's degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) | At least 10 years as a Librarian in a University Library, OR 10 years teaching as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, OR 10 years as a College Librarian | Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration | Ph.D. in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation/Archives and Manuscript-keeping | CA (or equivalent) OR M.Com with 55% marks in Advance Accountancy/Auditing, AND | 5 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant OR 5 years' Class-I (Level-10) experience in Government Accounts services or equivalent in a university system, AND | Basic computer applications certificate (per prescribed government resolution) | Bachelor's degree in the respective engineering discipline + 2 years' post-qualification supervisory experience in erection/maintenance works with Government/Universities/Autonomous Organizations/Private Sector, OR | Diploma in the discipline + 5 years' equivalent experience | Basic computer applications certificate | Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related subject | Minimum 3 years' laboratory experience in Chemistry after graduation | Basic computer applications certificate | Master's degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade | Basic computer applications certificate | Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification | 3 years' experience in procurement and maintenance of stores | Basic computer applications certificate | B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering + 3 years' programming experience (C/C++/JAVA, MySQL/Oracle with PHP, Windows/Linux/Unix), OR | M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc. 1. For posts at Level-8 and above, if applicants exceed six, a written test is held first; the top six scorers are called for interview.

3. For Librarian, selection is as per the Gujarat Public Universities Uniform Statutes-2024 and UGC Regulations, 2018.
