Selected candidates will receive a minimum stipend of Rs. 9,600/- per month, applicable to those engaged after completing a one-year ITI course. The apprenticeship engagement is on a stipend basis only, for a training period of one year.

1. Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted for training based on marks obtained in their ITI standard/course and trade competency.
2. Trade Test / Certificate Verification: Shortlisted candidates found suitable must appear for a Trade Test and Certificate Verification. Candidates bear their own related expenses for attending this.
3. Medical Examination: Engagement is subject to qualifying the standard medical examination prescribed by the Competent Authority.
4. Police Verification: Since BHAVINI is a highly protected area, apprentices are permitted only after submission of Police Verification by a Sub-Inspector or higher-ranked officer, obtained prior to joining the training.
