BEML Limited (BEML) Non Executive on Tenure Basis Notification 2026 has been released on 18.08.2026 on the official website www.bemlindia.in. A total of 10 vacancies have been announced through the BEML Non Executive Recruitment 2026.

3-year full-time Polytechnic Engineering Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Industrial Electronics, or Mechatronics. | The diploma must be a regular course from an AICTE/DCTE-approved College/Institution. | Candidates must have secured a First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. | A relaxation of 5% in the minimum qualifying marks is available for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Selected candidates will be engaged on tenure basis and paid the following monthly consolidated remuneration: Pay Component Amount / Rate Basic Pay Rs. 23,910/- per month Dearness Allowance (DA) At applicable rates (currently 55.7%) House Rent Allowance (HRA) X Class city: 30%, Y Class city: 20%, Z Class city: 10% (applicable only if Company Quarters is not provided) Medical Expenses Rs. 1,500/- per month An annual increase of 3% on the Basic Pay is admissible during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance. Provident Fund is calculated on Basic Pay + DA. Candidates will also be eligible for Gratuity (as per the Gratuity Scheme) and Bonus (as per the Bonus Act), and are covered under applicable Income Tax, Service Tax, and Professional Tax rules.

1. The Computer Based Test will be of 2 hours duration, with 1 mark for each correct answer and no negative marking.
2. The qualifying marks for the written test are fixed at 60%, relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
3. Final selection is based purely on merit (marks scored) in the written test.
4. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification, limited to the number of notified vacancies (discipline/category-wise).
5. Candidates qualifying in Document Verification must undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Examination.
6. A Provisional Offer is issued after Document Verification, followed by a Final Offer of Engagement after a satisfactory Medical Report.
