The upper age limit is calculated as on 01.04.2026. The maximum age for General (UR) and EWS candidates is 50 years. OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates get a relaxation of 3 years (upper age limit: 53 years). SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5 years (upper age limit: 55 years). | PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disability) candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per Government of India rules applicable to their respective category. Since this recruitment is exclusively for Ex-Servicemen, age relaxation as per ESM/IAF service norms is inherently covered.
