Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company and a premier Indian Public Limited Company in Professional Electronics, has released a recruitment notification for the post of Senior Deputy General Manager (Sr. DGM) in E-VIA Grade. The recruitment is for serving and retired Defence Forces officers on immediate absorption/re-employment basis.

Eligible rank requirements include Colonel (Indian Army), Captain (Indian Navy), or Group Captain (Air Force) with 2 years seniority in the rank. Selected candidates for the Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA Grade) post will be appointed on permanent basis with the following pay scale and benefits. Post Pay Scale Senior Deputy General Manager (E-VIA Grade) ₹90,000 - 3% - ₹2,40,000 + admissible allowances Apart from basic pay, selected candidates will receive allowances and benefits as per BEL company rules, including Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, PF, Gratuity, Pension, Group Insurance, Performance Related Pay and Medical Reimbursement for self and dependent family members.
