1. Selection is purely on the basis of performance in both academics and the interview.
2. Statutory reservation is applied as per Government norms.
3. Selected candidates will be informed through e-mail, followed by publication of the selected candidates' list on the BEL website.
4. No TA/DA (travel or dearness allowance) will be paid to candidates appearing for the selection process.
