Each post under APPSC Recruitment 2026 has its own educational qualification requirement. Candidates must possess the required qualification as on the date of the Detailed Notification. Full eligibility, including age limit and community-wise relaxation, will be published in the Detailed Notification. APPSC Inspector of Factories Qualification A Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering from a recognised university, along with a minimum of two years of industrial work experience in medium and large-scale manufacturing process industries, preferably in Industrial Safety, Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management. The experience certificate must be issued by the Chief Executive of the concerned industry. APPSC English Reporters and Telugu Reporters Qualification For English Reporters: a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Shorthand (English) at a minimum speed of 150 words per minute, and Typewriting (English) of a higher grade from the State Board of Technical Education. For Telugu Reporters: a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, Shorthand and Typewriting (Telugu) both of a higher grade, and a practical test at 80 words per minute in Telugu Shorthand. Preference is given to candidates who additionally hold the corresponding qualification in the other language. APPSC Assistant Statistical Officer Qualification A Bachelor's Degree with Statistics as a main subject, or with Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or Computer Science as a main subject provided Statistics was studied as a paper in one, two, or all three years of the degree. APPSC Analyst Grade-II Qualification A Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Biology or Environmental Sciences from a recognised university. First Class candidates will be given preference. APPSC Assistant Director (Tribal Welfare) Qualification A first or second class Master's Degree in Social Anthropology, Sociology or Social Work from a recognised university, along with a minimum of two publications in national-level academic journals. APPSC Assistant Director (Economics & Statistical Service) Qualification A Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics, Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Applied Economics, Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics or Computer Science from a recognised university.

A total of 255 vacancies have been announced through the APPSC Recruitment 2026 for Inspector of Factories, English Reporters, Telugu Reporters, Assistant Statistical Officer, Analyst Grade-II and Assistant Director posts.
