✓5-year integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. degree from a Bar Council of India (BCI) recognised university | ✓Degree obtained in academic sessions 2024, 2025, or 2026 | ✓Candidates awaiting final year LL.B. results in 2026 are also eligible to apply | ✓Minimum 55% marks in LL.B. examination is mandatory | ✓Working knowledge of computers - Data Entry, Word Processing, etc. | ✓Candidates with criminal cases (convicted or chargesheeted) are not eligible | ✓Candidates who have already worked as Research Associate at this Court cannot apply again | ✓Candidates having more than one living spouse are ineligible

About this recruitment
The High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has officially released its Research Associate Recruitment 2026 notification (Adv. No. 01/Research Associates/2026). If you are a law graduate from the batch of 2024, 2025, or 2026 and dreaming of working alongside sitting judges - this is a once-in-a-career opportunity. Selected candidates will be posted at either Prayagraj (Allahabad) or the Lucknow Bench, assisting Hon'ble Judges with legal research, drafting, and case preparation. The honorarium is a fixed ₹40,000 per month, subject to upward revision.
