1. Candidates can apply for more than one post/department, filling a separate application form and paying separate fees for each.
2. Applications and documents are verified at the time of reporting for interview; only eligible candidates (as per the eligibility list uploaded on the Institute website) are allowed to appear.
3. A merit list (selected and waiting list) is prepared category-wise (UR/OBC/SC/ST), based on interview performance.
4. If candidates are not found eligible in the advertised category, candidates from other categories may be considered against that category on a temporary basis.
5. Any vacancy arising due to non-joining or resignation by a selected candidate will be offered to candidates from the waiting list, in order of merit.
6. The final result will be displayed on www.aiimskalyani.edu.in.
