Selection process
- The list of eligible candidates, after scrutiny, is uploaded on the Institute website.
- Document Verification (DV) reporting time: 8:00 AM.
- Interview time: 9:00 AM onwards.
- Interview venue: Director's Board Room, Medical College Building, AIIMS Guwahati.
- No TA/DA is paid for appearing in the interview.
- A separate merit list (selected and waiting list) is prepared for each category - UR, EWS, OBC, SC, and ST - based on the interview.
- Selected candidates must undergo document verification before the offer of appointment is issued.
- Any vacancy arising from non-joining or resignation of a selected candidate is offered to the next candidate on the waiting list as per merit.
- Candidates can apply for more than one post among the listed departments, but must submit a separate application form with separate fee for each post.
